“integrity checking”.

All of these things to me speak to the idea of oneness and congruency with something of higher value and purpose. Morally speaking, our world continues to unfold in matters of integrity with those who still practice it, clawing for dear life to persevere in the face of opposition. It has become increasingly harder to exercise this muscle because of popular narratives in mainstream media. Those who lack integrity have the loudest voices, and those with it are too timid to” take a stance “ for fear of being ridiculed for having beliefs.

Integrity is important also in matters of building foundation and ultimately momentum towards a specific aim. Consistency requires integrity of thought and action. Certainty in the face of too many options when one or a few is enough.

Integrity assists Wisdom and discernment as well. Being able to be decisive is a requirement for progress. Listening to your gut and learning from past mistakes helps you to know your way in Life and ultimately lead others towards a more promising end. But how often do we practice integrity in these moments? Where it Really counts. Maybe you ignore your feelings or red flags that tell you he/she isn’t right for you in this season. Or perhaps, you make up your mind that sacrificing your integrity is in some way an act of kindness towards others in the short term?

Saying no, in many ways, can be the kindest act you can offer because it says I will deny you now, because I love you more than you will ever know. And temporary pain can elicit long-term joy for every one involved. I’ve talked before about listening to the still, small voice from within, and allowing that practice to enhance yourself to New levels of wisdom And discernment in life. Each time you ground yourself and tap in, you open up the spiritual ears that exist on the inside of you to know what decisions to make in the future. The tricky part is, and I’m guilty of this as well, you May grow to discern much faster than you ever believed, and run out of decisions to make all together.

When this happens you underestimate your ability to make good judgements and allow the world to tell you what’s right or wrong, vs your now, own good judgement. So, what do we do when we’ve elevated in our Faith?.. Give back, I believe. When your cup overflows, there’s always someone else that needs water.

You could make it a habit to reach out and mentor more ppl who have less life experiences than you in certain areas. Build or create something new out of your abundance of Devine creativity. The options are endless. Just know that integrity isn’t cheap. It comes with a cost, and make no doubt about it, will cost you more to maintain. My hope is that more of you who read this will not give up on the good that you do. That you understand that your acts of integrity mean something a great deal, and others see your goodness everyday.

The world needs more good ppl. More ppl of moral uprightness and kindness in the midst of imperfection. You can be a light to a world of darkness even if you’re not the brightest/most expensive bulb in the bunch 💡. Legacies were built by men and women who persevered to do what is right and integral in the face of adversity, so never give up. There is much more to gain than the wealth of this physical world. You affect generations with your discipline and heart.

Make sure you know this and never forget: Whatever your next level Will be, the height of your success will only be dictated by the level of integrity you put into each intentional moment you share. Keep going. #Perseveranceandgrowth🔥❤️💪🏾🙏🏾
