POST-25: ”Where Are You, In Your Process”? ⏰🤔

Congratulations!..👏🎉 😁 You made it this far. Pat yourself on the back, arms, chest, neck, head and wherever for trusting your process 😉👍. It’s not and easy one, and I haven’t even met you to understand. But what I do know, is that THE PROCESS tries us all!

 Maybe you’re getting your finances in order. Perhaps, raising your kids, and putting yourself second to their development. Maybe you’re continuing your education, building your business, or leveling up at work. Whatever the tasks are, I’m proud of you.🥲👊🏾

Somethings I’ve learned about myself and while working with others is that the 🛣️ road to success, and journey of achievement is riddled with pain, judgement, persecution and more! 😔

…It becomes lonely bc the work and dreams you’re pursuing Oftentimes go unnoticed by the ones you’d wish would acknowledge them. 🌹. To have a trusted friend/Ally that understands your unique challenges and can communicate to you in a language you both will understand can be quite difficult.

We sit with our sorrows in isolation at times, but those solo moments are ones to be treasured. Make good use of that privacy, bc you’ll need to be intentional about creating that safe space for yourself to recharge 🔋 as you advance and take on more responsibilities in the future.

Create a space that’s peaceful, safe, serene, clean and free from useless chatter and noise. Scripture is helpful 🙏🏾 📖 as well. Personally, I enjoy nature. Mother nature has it’s healing effects on the body, and too often we spend our days connected to devices and artificial intelligence. Neglecting our own, unique technology: The Human mind and body🧠🧘🏾‍♂️.

Breathe more deeply and intentionally, every chance you get bc that habit will last you a lifetime.  Smile !😁…Where we’re headed is a special place where dreams can coexist , and nightmares have had their day. Just remember- we gotta get there first 🙏🏾🥇…
